Intifadat Al Aqsa To be a photojournalist in Palestine means to be a war photographer. This is why you have to be ready at all times with your camera for any situation or unpredictable event; otherwise you might lose the opportunity. You are also in danger, for you can be shot, arrested, or prevented from going to the site of the action just because you are a Palestinian photographer. However, what is beautiful about all this is that first you are fighting for your cause, and this is a push which gives you strength, willpower, and the ability to persevere. Second, it is the spirit of adventure which the photojournalist has, and which sometimes has cost him his life. As it has been said, a picture is worth a thousand words.
